Hi Sharron, I apologize for not responding sooner. My forum does not notify me of new messages. For items like this it is much better to use the 'Contact Us' page on the main website. I did receive your message about the alternator. I hope it all works out for you. Keep in mind any problems with the water pump or cylinder had rear flange leaking will be covered under the 1 year warranty. Thanks for your business

Good morning again, Bruce:
With reference to my red 1999 New Beetle, I also need to have the left front headlight checked, as I believe it is burned out, or the fuse is blown. Don't know which is the problem. Sorry to unload so much at once, but that does seem to be the way things work, doesn't it?! Please let me know what you think about the things wrong with my poor little beetle. Thanks, Shaaron Hendry
ps. I really like the photo in your album!

Good Morning Bruce!
My red 1999 new beetle has been in your shop before (Sept. I think) for a new water pump which the previous car repair shop had installed incorrectly. The pump you installed has been triggering the warning light recently when I start up the car. Although the light goes out after a few minutes I am concerned that there's a problem as it is coming on more and more frequently. ALSO....yesterday my check battery light came on while I was at work down in Kennebunk and so I have decided to drop off the car at your shop this morning (I hope that's ok) and I ask that you have a look at the battery, check the water pump to be sure it's functioning properly...in the meantime, I am renting a car from Enterprise so that I can get to my office in K'bunk and get some work done before the weekend. I hope that I can pick up my car from your shop on Monday in the afternoon. Is that at all workable? Please call me and let me know what you think as to the two problems I mentioned and the pick up date. Thanks so much for your help! Shaaron Hendry (cell: 317-6014)
